Who Are We?
The Fort Saskatchewan Seventh-day Adventist Church is a growing congregation presenting a modern and refreshing yet faithfully traditional christian experience.
Our mission is to give everyone who is looking for meaning and purpose in life an experience that is memorable, informative, and inspiring. We desire to show how Jesus Christ can provide peace in the middle of a world full of endless stress, pain, and uncertainty. Attendees are encouraged to test everything they hear against what the Bible says. Emphasizing this, all are encouraged to follow Bible teaching even above the words of the preacher!
Marked by an invigorating atmosphere and inviting church family, plus a rich offering of melodic worship sessions and compelling bible based discussions, most people who stop by for a visit feel it's well worth coming again. Not only do we offer fun and engaging activities just for kids, we even provides a free, delicious lunch after every service. All this helps to make each worship service an original and enjoyable occasion to look forward to like no other.
All this is just part of what makes Fort Saskatchewan's one and only Seventh-day Adventist Church likely to be the most unique and satisfying place of worship you'll ever visit.

Why do we worship on Saturday? Contrary to popular understanding, the Bible does not contain any instruction to worship on Sunday or any day of the week other than Saturday. Many have been challenged to find biblical evidence of a change of day or simple misunderstanding, but the Bible clearly indicates that God's original intention was for us to worship Him on the seventh day of the week. Since our core standard is the Bible, we follow the directions laid out in its pages. To learn more about why Seventh-day Adventists worship on Saturday, click here.
